Thanks Jerry for creating this index! This will certainly help. I've been referring to Noland's guide since the late '80s. Sure would've come in handy way back then.

That's why I don't use the PM function. You can't attach files and there's nothing the administrators can do because it's built into the software. Others should contact you using the "send email" function. That way you can reply using conventional email and include attachments.

I have used the attached PDF to convert to DOC and XLS format and bundled all (3) together in the attached .ZIP (a NCRS forum supported format).

I agree, having the .xls allows you to filter based on year (top column) along with options. Thanks again for putting this together.
