The 68-69 TIMJG 5th Edition (new) says "Casting numbers are 5452281 inner rear, 5452284 outer rear; 5452270 inner front, 5452273 outer front. A date is often seen stamped on a upper machined surface." The 70-72 TIMJG 5th Edition also repeats that. All the 68's I have access to I think have been changed over the years, but I'll check them tomorrow. Might not tells us much.

Based on my recollection, those caliper casting numbers look right to me. All late 1967-72 Corvettes used these caliper castings. Some 1973's might have, too.
