I'll be happy to give you any assistance you need in restoring your frame.
I can send you an article I wrote for the Restorer a few years ago that will provide you with the color/finish of each component as you restore your car.

Make sure the paint on your frame has some runs and that the direction of the runs is up.

John Hinckley and Dale Pearman gave a presentation at the 2002 Bloomington Workshops on '58-'62 Chassis Assembly. You might find that useful. I had a copy. But I can't find it right now.
