We had a great meet today, 5 cars to judge and a Bowtie display. Thanks to all the car owners, judges, and tabulators that made it a success. And a special thanks to Rex Davis for letting us use his place.

Re: New Mexico Chapter judging meet
Glad everything worked out for your guys but the number of cars is getting to the point where it is making me
wonder what is going to happen in the future. A lot of chapters are having a tough time getting the numbers up.
I belong to the ILL. Chapter and have gone to get judged a number of years. Back in the 90's we always had
20+ cars to get judged and many sportsman cars. Now the number is always in the single digits and only 2 shportman
cars showed up.(This Year) I see where Bill Braun wants to make chapter judging requirement before going to
Regional/National. Something will have to be done "Sooner than Later". Maybe Concours judging is the answer
but is moving at a snails pace now. JMHO--LarryLarry

Re: New Mexico Chapter judging meet
I agree that the numbers have come down over the years, but frankly some chapters struggle to get enough judges to do single digit numbers of cars at chapter. I had to be on two different judging teams, for instance, we just don't have enough judges. More cars would really be a problem on the few judges that show up in some chapters.Big Tanks In the High Mountains of New Mexico- Top
