C2 Door Panel Fasteners

The Al Knock door panels of my 63 Coupe have approximately 20 fasteners that CC calls Door Panels Grommets (attached photo # 1) They are approximately 1/4 " long tubes that are flared on one end facing the inside of panel to accept the screws. My question is do the phillips screws have ferrels or trim washers (photo #2 attached to them that fit into the so called grommets or do the screws alone fit into the panel grommets?

Gene, the ferrels are part of the factory door panel and just a oval head phillip's head screw. I am not sure if the reproduction door panels have the ferrels pre installed or not.
