Point of clarification re exhaust manifolds for 70 LT-1

Hi, Just checking, but I believe they are the same as all the small blocks, at 2" dia, although the pipes, down-stream, are 2.5" for LT-1. Am I correct? I've not seen/found anything implying otherwise. Thank you!

Correct. All 1966 and later small blocks were equipped with 2" outlet exhaust manifolds. Some applications (like LT-1) did use 2-1/2" exhaust pipes. The forward pipes had a section that was 2" at the manifold and enlarged to 2-1/2".
