    What's the finish on the headlight arm assembly hardware?

    Guys,

    Anyone know what finish is on the hardware used to attach the headlight mechanism? These are the multiple small 5/8" long bolts with the small "E" headmark, at least on my 69 SB. Mine seems to be mostly covered in blackout and I can't really tell. I'm guessing either black phos or Cad?
