if I recall correctly the second edition manuals were dated December 1964. To my knowledge there is no exact date that the changeover occurred but it was likely sometime in December 1964 or more likely in January 1965. As per usual the first editions were used first before the second editions but some overlap is likely. They were installed in the glovebox package in St. Louis.

Yes.....for sure.
My Feb 26th car has a second edition.
