1957 corvette seat belt mount on passenger side when a power top is installed

Does anyone know if there is a special bracket I need to mount the seat belt on the passenger side. After I installed the cylinders for my power top, it used the mounting hole for the seat belt and now I do not know where to mount the seat belt.

What do the seat belt mount ends look like? If they are not Hambone type that could be the reason.

Did '57 even have seat belts from the factory, or were they a dealer option?
