1963 FI 360 HP 091 Coil Bracket

I'm confused about the correct coil bracket for my 1963 Fullie. Which of these brackets (if either) are correct?

I think the second is correct. The first appears to be the bracket used for FI before 1963. Don H.

My 63 340Hp has the one on the right. This bracket holds the spark plug wires in the center of the shielding if you have a radio. The small hole is for the condenser, it is different than the one used on the round bracket. The condenser attaches to round bracket by a small sleeve that squeezes the condenser in the middle. The correct (for a 340 hp anyway) has a condenser with a small sleeve the condenser fits into the bottom of the condenser.

Condenser for the tall bracket, right hand picture. Reproduction in this picture isn't correct for a 63. Long Island has the correct reproductions for $20.

Hi Gene, Nice pics that you posted.
Although I have seen the bracket on the left advertised on Ebay as fitting a ton of years.(including 63 its does not.
Like Don said it fits '57 to '62. .
If you don't own an assembly manual they are readily available. Holler if you need anything else. John D.
