Safe keeping for all Florida members

We are praying that all of our Florida friends and families are safe from hurricane Irma.

Thanks, my house is 12 miles west of Orlando and I'm staying with my daughter in St. Petersburg for the weekend...
We'll just see what happens I guess.

Owned property in Central Florida since '98 and never lost as much as a shingle...

All of us Florida residents and homeowners will have to just wait for it all to be over. Anxiety has set in to all of us.

2 weeks ago I made a donation to the Red Cross for the Texas folks. It may now be that we Florida folks will be recipients of some Red Cross aid. Please keep those donations coming.

I also have friends in the US Virgin Islands and worried about their well being.

Hopefully lives will be safe. Right now the material things mean little.

To all of my Florida friends, be safe.

This morning, I was looking at a car for sale by a dealer in South Florida and I wondered: What do dealers in a potential storm surge area do to prepare for a hurricane? Is the entire inventory transported out of the area? Hope for the best?

Texas has just gone thru the same issues...just think of all the classics that have probably been damaged or totaled..how sad

Hi Leif, Thanks for asking. Yes I saw another map and Jose may not be a issue.....yet.

My house is okay. Surprisingly I have Power too.
