does this mean you don't need Hoover AL anymore?
You might consider sending a request to the judging chair in NE Chapter.
Find contact info, and the latest newsletter Under Contacts up in the tool bar.

you might send a note to the webmaster of NE Chapter, and ask that a blast be sent out to the membership.
You would be surprised how many members never look at the TDB.
