    1966 L36, 60 psi or 80 psi gauge?

OK, I know what the TIM&JG says, but were there any well documented instances where an 80 psi gauge came in a '66 L36, 390 HP 427? Thanks

Mike, Just had my 66 l36 judged at Altoona last weekend. 80lbs gauge and not a word was said. Also at a chapter meet two months ago I asked the judge about it and he said they will let either go, no deduct at both.

In my experience, with many many clusters, 5300 redline, 80 lb. oil is the configuration for 66 390 HP. This is the only year, hp, with this configuration.

Both of my original 1966 390hp export cars have 80 lb gauges

My '66 390 HP has the 80# gauge, June 19 built.
