Rochester F.I. O ring seal size (fuel Lines)

Can someone tell me the size of the o rings on the 2 fuel lines going into the fuel metering unit on a 1965 (380) unit? One of mine is leaking, dripping fuel onto the manifold. The inboard one. Can it be done without removing the whole injection assembly? Also, is it just the two lines going into the FMU or are there more o rings that should be changed?
John DeGregory, if you happen to read this, I sent you a pm. Maybe you could send me a set of ethanol compliant o rings. Thank You in advance. Mike

Michael, if one is leaking, the rest are close behind. Get a set of Viton O rings from John DeGregory or other good vendors, must pull the unit to do this, replace both 1/4 inch O rings and the spill plunger O ring, check all the fittings for snugness on other lines. Good luck.

Thanks Dan, John was away, but I ordered all the parts from Gary Hodges, along with the electronic fuel shut-off solenoid to prevent hydro locking.
seems like a good time as any to install it while the injection is off.

Hi Mike, I did send you an email before I left. Not sure if you got it or not.

O'rings for the spider to the fuel meter. The spider is the copper line assembly that feeds the nozzles. RP called it a fuel distributor but luckily we never used that term. The spider has two feed lines going from it to the fuel bowl. The short one is the supply line. The long one is the return lines.
O'rings are classified as: 008. 3/16 x 5/16 x 1/16. Readily available in Viton rubber or buna rubber. But we only want the viton o'rings today.
Viton rubber comes in brownish or satin black. NAPA has them. Most auto stores and All Industrial too supply have them also.

Yes I am back from the PA Regional. What a event. More later. John

Thanks John, I appreciate your response. I'm also replacing the O rings in the anti siphon valve and the fuel pump gasket while the unit is off the car.

Micheal, Hardest thing about our old fuel injections is the terminology. "I'm also replacing the O'rings in the anti-siphon valve"?????
I am tired tonight as getting ready for Corvette Carlisle. What o'rings are you talking about???
O'rings in a '65 fuel injection are: One for the spider supply line. (short line from spider to fuel bowl)) One for e spider return line (long line)
One o'ring for the spill valve cover. One o'ring for the spill valve body (I wouldn't mess with that one)
That's it for o'rings except for the drive cable housing which has one o'ring on it.
Are you calling the spill valve an anti-siphon valve?
Now there is another o'ring in the skinner valve solenoid but it's not readily available and not something most should tackle.
Let me know please. Thanks, John D.

Sorry John. I meant the spill valve. Thanks for correcting me. I'm not sure why I typed anti siphon valve, LOL.
