      Hi Terry,

Unfortunately Jerry passed away fairly recently.

When I spoke to Bob Kunz last, 2016, he said he has retired and shut down the business.

What type of carburetor? There are certain restorers who do better with one type than another.

He had stopped carburetor work several years ago when his health started to worsen.

Harry, Bob is still in the game. Just got something from him a month ago. He did say he was going to stop but only for a short time.

                Danny,
Let us know what area you reside in and someone can help you out. If you check the Driveline there are a number of excellent carb restorers.
I used the services of Chuck Smith when I had my 2x4's restored for my 57. Check page 61 in this months Restorer. He did an excellent job.

I've used Bob Kunz several times, Chuck Smith another time and Daytona Parts (www.daytonaparts.com) prob 8-10 times (because they are within driving distance and do excellent work)...

                          Holley supposedly does restoration work.

I've used Carb Junkys a couple of times now and they do a nice job. Haven't had one of them judged so can't comment on that but they sure look good and the one that I have used so far runs great. They have done a Q-jet and a Carter AFB for me.
