i installed a 6.2L LS3 in my 05 silver ado 4 x 4. i then got a tremec t-56(aka transzilla) from rockland gear in new york. they use a Ram clutch set up . the tremec and the Ram setup requires a Ram hydraulic throw out bearing. i've got about 20K miles on this setup and have had to replace the throw out bearing three times. Ram says there is no heavy duty throw out bearing. when the bearing fails, the bearings in the throw out grenade. its a sealed bearing. i thought about using a slave cylinder and clutch fork and regular non-hydraulic throw out bearing but there is no way to install a throw out fork pivot ball in the adaptor between the tremec main case and the engine. i'm getting tired of pulling the exhaust system, transfer case, and tremec to replace these inferior hydraulic throw out bearings. any thoughts guys? thanks in advance, mike
