65-67 gauge face colors

The original tach and speedo numerals are clearly a very pale green color, but the original small gages look like the lettering is white. Are they just sun bleached or were the large and small gages different? I know that the GM replacement gauges made in the 80's and 90's have pale green lettering for the small gages, but are they the same as the original 60's gauges?

On both my 65's, the large and small gauges are the same pale green and all of them are original.
