I just bought one and like it. SEARS is currently selling a Craftsman Magnetic Stainless Steel tray for $9.99, regular price is $15.99. I used this for recent work to group the multiple screws and bolts together in the large pan to reuse. No hunting in a pan of screws and bolts being held in place.

Yes I have a small tray about 6x10 that I place all the 1/4 drive sockets and extension and smaller wrenches in. It is strong enough to hold screw drivers too. Yes, I agree it is real handy.
