I have had some of my 1963 Corvette apart for years!
I did keep them all, bolts that is.
Mostly I put them back in the holes they came out of and there they stayed.
However some didn't make it past the plastic bag.
Now I am wondering where did they come from?
These may be the clutch fan? They are the right size and quantity and possibly the correct grade for the clutch.
They are 5/16 NF and 3/4" long.
Pictured below;

I have nine of these:

5/16 NC 3/4 Long
The have both flat and lock washer that are not captive. All appear to be zinc plated.
Because of the fender washer (extra large outside diameter) I suspect they are for the core support?
The washer is bored for 5/16 but has the outside diameter the same as a 3/8 flat washer.
I have two of these 3/8 X 7/8 NC. Black with captive locking washer incorporated into the bolt body.

No idea what they might be for....
I am also wondering what is the finish for the straps that retain the Expansion Tank to the body on a 63?
Thanks in advance for any possible help.
