    I think you will be very happy with the 39143. It covers well and I doubt you will need a primer. I didn't when I did my cluster. It also matches up very well with what was originally applied in my estimation. Dupont made an additive for fish eye reduction for acrylic enamels back when, but that was used for spraying out with a gun. It didn't take much for a fish eye to appear. Just a casual touch with a finger could cause one.

      Don't forget guys the type of deodorant and other personal hygiene products can cause fish eye too.

        Jim is correct. Your glass beads are contaminated from blasting the steering wheel hub, because it probably has a little grease and Armor All on it, and you are just spreading it around
        with the blasting. Clean it THOROUGHLY after blasting and you shouldn't have any problems.
