                Took until today for me to ask Scott. We were crossing the street in downtown an Antonio, going opposite ways. We like near to get run over by some pick-em-up truck.

                Scott's story is the date code for McKinnon cast small blocks is where we (C2 and early C3 people) are used to looking for dates on big blocks. By the core plug near the starter. I have never seen a McKinnin cast engine, and Scott said the first one he saw was in New Zealand. That is way outside my experience.

                Mike, please let us know where you find it.
