    1958 Owner Protection Policy

    Looking for information and pictures of the Owner Protection Policy for the updating of the 58-60 NCRS Judging Guide.

          Car Sold New in Willmar Minnesota on 12/15/58 in Exceptional but used ORIGINAL Condition with a Solid Spine from a C59J Model. Factory Original Part Number is 3764338. As seen in the photo manual is in Exceptional Original Condition for the age of the literature and does show minor sighns of prior use.

              That one is apparently good for 1959 but I have no examples of it being used in 1958.

              It may be that it was but all the examples I have found tie it to 1959 VINs.

                  i believe 58 had the blue/orange version.

                          Any chance you or John could post it on the DB for us to see ? It seems these white and orange/blue versions were seen on both 1958 and 1959 cars. The warranty booklets were not put into Corvettes at St. Louis until mid 1961. Prior to that they were installed at the selling dealer thus the two different versions can be explained. Using up one style prior to changing to the newer style. My research indicates the blue/orange was first and the white superceeded it. I'll do some checking to see if they are dated.
