    Fastener Question 1971

Does anyone know the correct finish for the front license plate bracket bolts? These bolts mount the bracket to the front center support brace. My current bolts are dish head. The GM part number is 9419002. The AMK products website shows this bolt to be a hex head. 1/4 20 x 5/8 with a 7/16 AF. Just not sure of the correct finish. Car is a 1971.
