License plate bracket attachment for 67 BB with AC and Automatic traans

Can someone please send me a picture of the license plate bracket for a 67 BB with Auto trans and AC? I know it is offset from center to the driver side, but not sure how it mounts.

It's shown in the AIM under RPO C60 it's just bolted to bumper bracket
