My wife and best friend and caregiver passed last Monday 6-5-17 at 5:05 PM. After a 7 year battle with lung cancer, we ran out of bullets. She went into Hospice care May 17 here at home. She was comfortable and without pain.

We met 40 years ago 6-6-77 at a Corvette club meeting. What an adventure we had over the years in motorsports and horses. She did my books for years in my service stations, and was a real partner in life. Her business experiences were invaluable with real estate and management. We were team mates.

We drove over 18000 miles thru America, 2500 kilometers in Mexico, and 9000 kilometers in Europe. We have been blessed with the best friends and life experiences.

She had a great love of Motorsports. We attended and even raced the Monterey Historic Races every year from 1977 thru 1994. She always made meals at the track for me and our friends. A great cook since childhood, I gained 30 pounds since we met and never lost it. Just last week, she was concerned no one was fixing my favorite meals.

Thank you all for my friendship and love. I look forward to seeing many friends in the quiet months ahead.
