Don, I am assuming you are correct. I have seen quite a few like yours and only two like the one Joe posted. The one I purchased is just about identical to yours, so I feel like I am good. I would still like to know what the deal is on the one like Joes, so if anyone has any info let me know. Thanks.

FWIW here's the pulley off 65 L78 2356x; I've had it for 29 years, and no previous owners were NCRS types, so good chance it's original. I lightly sanded the hub to see if there was a faint part #.
