    Mid year top reveal removal

Could anyone give me the best way to remove the top reveal trim on a 64 roadster? I assume it pops up out of the clips with some love and care with a screwdriver or better yet a plastic windshield molding tool!? After it's off, should the clips be replaced? Thanks... I'm helping a friend on his 64 and I don't want to have that awkward "OOPS" moment .. Tim

The top and side exterior trim is attached with speed nuts through the bird cage. Remove the interior trim and you will see the fasteners for the exterior trim. The bottom trim is snapped into the clips.
