With that tail piece it's not a mid-year door lock. The 9034 is the key code, which means it take a Grv 15 key and limits it to be no later than model year '66

My best guess is 56-60 trunk lid. Not correct for 56-62 doors, and shaft too short for 61-62 trunk lid.

My '59 trunk lock assembly does not have a number on the cylinder and is almost 3-1/2 inches long.
