    Delco Remy Starter

I have a starter with part #1108365 dated 8B8. Has big Delco Remy logo along with Made in Canada on the case. What have I got? (aside from the obvious that is) Any info would be appreciated.
    Thanks.

        Deane,

I think that maybe given the cars history, During a run to the upper US the starter motor may have failed. Have you checked the car for evidence of excess liquid? The kind that would have been made at night, where the only light would be the moon. Only a Doc would know eh?

I have checked the car thoroughly. Sorry to report no signs of what you speak.
As always I appreciate your insight and advice.

Yes, the GM #1108365 starter was used for 1968+ Chevrolet 4 and 6 cylinder in-line engines.
