    1967 POA valve???

    Looking for opinions and experience with the new style POA replacement valve that cycles the compressor off and on. On a car that will not be judged would it be best to install a 50 year old NOS valve or the newer style replacement? I'm just mainly looking for functionality and dependability, but would like opinions from the members who may have installed the new POA replacements. Thanks all!! Al

      Newer valve works well on my 67 with R12.

              Hi Al,
              My 67 was converted by a previous owner to the cycling clutch system and 134A. If I was doing it I probably would have kept it original but I am not going to change it. It works fine.
