    7.75x15 tire questions

    Just obtained a set of Kelsey Goodyear Power Cushion tires for my 67. The tread width of the repo tires is approximately 5.25 inches. The tread with of my assumed to be original spare is 4.5 inches. Any opinions regarding the difference? The circumferences are close.

      Is your spare tire also a Goodyear Power Cushion, or is it a different brand OEM tire?? That could explain the difference.

          Randy,

          I've run the Kelsey Goodyear redlines on a 900 mile trip last year and I was shocked at how nice they drove and handled, you'll enjoy them for sure.

              The spare is also a Goodyear Power Cushion.

                  I would post some pics of the one you think is original as we/I don't know of any for sure documented original Goodyear Redline for a 67 car. We have seen Firestone most predominantly, but we have seen some Uniroyal redlines as well. What's the history on your car? ARA
