    1971 heater control/shutoff

Do all 1971 LT-1 have a heater/control shutoff? It appears the shutoff attaches to the right inner fender. I see no evidence there has ever been one. No mounting holes and the fender is original. There was not one when I started the restoration. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Phil

No valve was used for any 1971 LT-1.
