65 Corvette Coupe FI Barn Find

Recently located a 65 Coupe, Maroon with white interior, FI, teak, tele, shaved front parking lamps, no front bumpers and flared rear fenders. Original engine missing and replaced with a 350. Painted red and a replacement black interior.
This Corvette has been stored since 1974 in a concrete floored barn. No kidding!
Approximately what is the worth of a Corvette in this condition.

Joe, get the VIN # over to Jim Gessner. He has the 65 FI Registry---------He may have that car on file ,but if not he can help you with alot of the right aspects to confirm she's a REAL Fuelie.

I AGREE. I know of a similar car in 2005 that was raced and beat hard. Terry at Pro Team had it. A nice midwest guy bought it for 25 and bought all restored ready to bolt on FI Parts, TI distributor, air cleaner, etc. from well know people in the hobby. Never bought a motor or trans. In 2009 when the economy turned he offered the car and parts for 56K, his total investment. Sold the car in 2010, and month later sold the parts. He never restored his dream
