Spraypaint or Powdercoat new Exhaust Manifolds?

Which method is the most durable? The last ones I had powdercoated turned a goldish color when they got hot but I'm not sure of the process used.

Also, what is the correct color for a '66?

    Thanks in advance
    Greg

Many ways to redo the ex.manifolds but powder-coating is not one of them as the heat
generated is way to hot for powder-coating to last. Larry

Yup, in my opinion this is the best way to go. Jerry did several for me and I'm 100% pleased.

When you say "durable", what kind of time frame are you expecting them to stay as they come from Jerry?

Longer than the time any of us currently posting has left on earth.
I suspect that's long enough for this discussion.

That's great Patrick. I didn't realize the product had been around/proven for that many years allready.
