    Reinstalling windshield stainless trim on 1963

    I am trying to reinstall the trim after having the car painted. When I removed it there was black sticky caulking behind the pieces. What should I get to redo this when reinstalling the pieces?

      Jeff, 3M makes a black strip chalking that is just as the factory.
