Randy, on the 67 exterior team we look for coverage, reflectivity and shine. Bumpers usually will receive a one point deduct for EACH bumper if there is complete coverage in the corners/underside foe the bumpers as well as "over-restored/too shiny/mirror like finish". Same basic principle applies to AC lids, etc. If you look at an original bumper or an original AC lid, you will see the difference in sheen and coverage. It's SO hard to describe with words, but when holding a re-chromed AC lid next to an original flash chromed lid it's obvious to see the differential in sheen and coverage. Just my two cents.....ARA
