    GM Europe

Assuming that GM still enables servicemen (and others) in Europe to process orders for stateside deliver, do such orders process through One central location or can any GM dealer process such order directly? Is GM Antwerp some sort of operational headquarters? Thanks in advance.

Been a while since I was stationed in Europe, but U.S. manufacturer cars were sold through the Exchange system and could be delivered in Europe or the U.S. Friends who did order cars through the Exchange could pick them up at a dealer they chose, such as in their hometown. Since I never ordered a U.S. car while stationed there I can't speak to how that was done on the order forms.
