    Sorry it has taken me so long to get back. Been dong a lot of shopping for needy children for Christmas.

    Tony, I read all the replies to your fuel injection. Here is my thought on the issues you are having. I can sum it up with one statement.
    Your fuel injection unit hasn't been rebuilt in 20 years!!!!
    It's time for a total rebuilt/restoration Tony. Good luck, John

      Well Paul, I guess we'll have to keep using what works for us, and not worry if the sky is falling?

        Thanks to all for the suggestions. And John, thank you for your breakdown. I have been talking with Lockwood. He basically said the same thing as you. Since the original post, I checked the CSV with a vacuum pump as instructed, appears to be good. All the diaphragms seem to check out. I removed the fuel meter top ran the drive cable with a drill while holding the spill valve open, resulting in fuel coming out of an injector I removed. I reassembled and the car started. I spoke with Lockwood today. He made some suggestions on parts to possibly avoid a complete rebuild. He advised I contact you. I will give you a call.
