    1968 Stingray driver mirror install......

Hi guys; Looking at a restored 68 coupe to purchase, and a couple of items are to be completed by myself..... The driver's side mirror has to be installed, however, the door panels are already installed. Is this install done from the outside, or does it require removal of the interior door panel ?

    Thanks in advance, David

    David,
It SHOULD be easy to install the mirror bracket IF the nut plate was or is installed. Just put the gasket on and with two screws install the mirror bracket and attach the mirror with the screw that should be with the mirror or mirror kit.

Agree with Joe. Also, if it says "Stingray" on the car, it's not a 68. 😀
