67 Aux Hartop Question

For those with original RPO C07 hard tops...

Can you tell me what color the painted inside front surface is that the windshield pins and latches are attached to? Body color, interior color, or maybe even semi-flat black? I've seen all three but I'm not sure what is factory correct.

My 67's hard top, with black vinyl cover, is white on the inside to match the interior color of seats, door panels, etc.

Thanks, Don. That's the way mine was painted as well, red exterior but white header like the interior trim. I'm restoring it and just wanted to survey original tops to determine what is correct.

Hard top trim is always the same as the seats.

The headliner and trim molding pieces should definitely match the interior color but I'm just not sure about the underside of the fiberglass shell where the header pins and latches attach to the front of the shell. This ledge is not covered by trim pieces or weather strips. It's not visible when the top is on the car but, I'm just not sure what color is correct on this narrow piece of fiberglass.

Not sure about that but it could confuse people that have 2 tone interiors. White/black like mine or White/blue so I always say it matches the seats.
