Tonight's season premiere of Jay Leno's Garage features our current Vice President (Joe Biden) in his green '67 roadster. He is the original owner - it was a wedding gift from his father.

Hmmmmm... well my son got my '68 1/2 428 Cobra Jet Mustang coupe to drive to high school, with a 4 speed and a 3.91 rear end.

Saw the rerun night or 2 ago. Did anyone else or comment on fact that while camera was on the engine, clearly an L79 with "350hp" decal in plain view on air cleaner, commentator (Jay?) said "327 cu. in. motor with 300 hp." Then went on to say "zero to 60 in 4.6 sec." Either Jay doesn't have the car knowledge he professes to have or he didn't do good editing.

When Mike Mcclusky was on with Leno after restoring his 63Fuelie SWC, (Mike) made all kinds of errors while talking about the car. He should stick with Cobra's.

that 66 is on display at the Johnson ranch north of San Antonio. The tour is very informative but I drooled when I saw the 66 in the garage last year.

I personally think it is a 65, I know minutia but that's what Kramden is all about, in particular while driving the bus or looking at a car.
