1969 Big Block--Starter, Alternator,Carbs--When /Where were they installed??

I am currently working on a January 21,1969 built big block coupe and I get many opinions of what date codes are appropriate for certain items. I have always believed that the dates should precede the engine build date, which is November 29,1968. However, if certain items were installed later at St. Louis, the dates could be after the engine build date but before the car build date. So my question is, where were the starter, alternator and carbs installed---Tonawanda or St. Louis? Thanks!!!
