    Re: Pictures from Texas Regional

This was, once again, one of the BEST organized NCRS events i have ever been to. The Texas Chapter has it down to a science. Dave King, his brother and all the rest of the chapter deserve kudos' for this one. Perfect venue, layout, easy check in, 20 minutes from Dallas airport, Judge;s lunch, etc. Owners could order lunch and have it delivered right to their car for goodness sake!

Huge turnout for 67's (the year i judge). Great times with great cars but most of all great friends...That makes the meet. Tim's cars, Carl's cars, Frank's car, Tom Green's car, Leif's car, Howard's car, Mike's car...etc etc etc ALL FANTASTIC cars. Frank's car (superbly prepared by himself) and Tom's car (superbly prepared by Elio) were the highest scoring cars I've ever seen. The laughs were non-stop, as was the fun. Nice to meet Mike Johnson in person after all these years. Thank God for wonderful wive's like mine who let me go to this one with a 5 month old baby at home...
Sign me up again for next year......

Thanks ARA, it was also nice to finally meet you. Seeing all those '67s made me almost miss mine, but not quite............

The quality of lighting is exceptional!! Colors and lack of shadows made for great pictures. Amazing how deep light travels into the engine bays without shadows. Thanks for the pictures Bill.
