1969 Under Body Seat Track Reinforcing Blocks

Doing a frame off on a 1969 convertible. Decided to remove seat belt and seat track reinforcing under the body. All the seat belt reinforcing is bright zinc plated. There are 4 steel pieces of reinforcing with 2 rivets and 1 threaded hole. The steel pieces had only surface rust and were in good shape. My question is, were these 4 steel pieces zinc plated also? Thanks for any information. Steve

    Steve----

They were not zinc plated, just natural steel or, possibly, a phosphate finish.

          All------

Curiously, the seat bolt plates, GM #3932814, were never available from GM in SERVICE.
