I am looking for a suggestion on paint type for my 63 alu radiator

Richard, I just (FINALLY) got the DeWitts radiator for my 69 and had them apply their "Black Ice" coating to it. You can buy it separately from them, but it's kind of expensive and you need a paint gun.

You can also buy rattle can RADIATOR PAINT from Eastwood, but even that's kind of expensive after shipping.

Your other option is to find a local radiator shop and get a price from them to paint it.
