Re: AC OIL FILTERS UF-48E and UF-48F???
Both the "E" (E-core) and non-E part numbers are made by Champion Labs for AC-Delco. Pf48 vs pf48e major difference would be that the inside mesh of filter is plastic, no longer metal...the metal cannister is also a bit smaller. F is for fleetpack. Pf48f is a filter that comes in a brown cardboard box of 12 filters WITHOUT their individual boxes for each filter.Leif

Re: AC OIL FILTERS UF-48E and UF-48F???
I don't know what a UF-48E is. There's no ACDelco/GM oil filter I know of with that designation. There is a PF-48E, aka GM #19303975. This is the GM "standard" oil filter for many applications, including some Corvette. There is also a UPF-48R, aka GM #12626224. This is a synthetic media, premium filter for the same applications as the PF-48E.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
