residual paint on clear coat

I was using some touch up paint and have some residual paint remaining on the clear cost surface- is there a product I can remove this residual without doing any damage- thanks

I've used Langka Blob Eliminator on small areas.. It's used to remove touch up paint without harming the clear coat. There's other products similar to this. I also read for over spray you can try using clay bar with lots of lubricant.
