Any part numbers?? There are SB, BB, HD springs which are different.

MOOG is a very good company, but if I was getting springs for my car and wanted factory ride height I would order from LICS. They have all the variations and claim factory specs and ride height.

Bob, I used a set in a 64 small block recently and had the correct ride height, I also put a set of Eaton front coil springs in my 63 and would swear that they may have been a Moog spring but cannot be sure. the spring winding are different for 64 the Moog springs are 6 winds. but much easier to install this way. if you want correct try LIC and check there winds.

Larry, Edward Thank for your replies. The reason I asked about the moog springs was a friend used them on a GTO and he said they worked out good. Also I have read a lot of mixed reviews here about every ones springs. The last one was when Richard Mozzetta, had to cut a new set of Eaton springs to lower the body1 1/4 ". So I would rather cut or space a $40.00 set of springs then a$150.00 set. Edward in your post you said the 64 ended up with the correct ride height. What Moog # did you use 5758 or5762? Also when you have time can you measure from the ground to the bottom of the fender lip? Also what size tire and wheel are you using? As I said no rush!! If anyone needs more info on these springs I called Moog and I have the rate free height ect.

        Thanks Again Bob
