1. The above link shows that a 427 w/ off road exhaust uses forward pipes 3863497 (leftside) & 3863498 (right side)

2. The same link shows that a BB 1966-1967 with regular under car exhaust uses forward pipes 3869583 (left side) & 334932 (right side).

Does anyone know if these forward pipes are interchangeable?

In other words will forward pipes 3869583 (left side) & 334932 (right side) properly attach and function with N-11 exhaust 3845735 & 3845736 in a 1966-1967 BB w/4spd ?

GM #3863497 and 3863498 are actually the forward pipes used for 1965 and early 1966 Corvettes with big block, 4 speed transmission, and without side exhaust. They will work for 1967, too.

GM #3869583, left, and 3869584, right, are the original forward pipes for late 1966 and 1967 with big block, 4 speed transmission, and without side exhaust. GM #334932 is an early 70's replacement for the 3869584. Both the 3869583 and 334932 are long-since GM discontinued.

The 3869583 and 334932 will work perfectly for any 1966-67 Corvette with N-11 off-road exhaust as well as cars with standard exhaust.
