1969 Front Bumper Bolt Finish

Doing a frame-off on a 1969 convertible. TIM&JG 'Bolts to secure the braces are cadmium or zinc plated' on page 92. Are all the bolts that attach the brackets to the frame zinc or cadmium plated or 'black'? Also, from this, the bolts that attach the braces to the bumpers are zinc or cadmium. 6 rear bolts that show are silver PT # 9429077, 7/16-14 the rest of the rears are black, 9429075 7/16-14, 9429102 1/2-13.

the front bumper bolts and bracket bolts are black except for the ones that attach the bumper guard to the bumper they are CAD
